Join Dickson County UT Extension Family and Consumer Sciences Agent Allyson Harmon as she teaches attendees Fermenting and Pickling through sauerkraut and dill pickles. With research-based tested processes taught in this class, you’ll learn the essential skills of safe food preservation through pickling and fermentation that can be used with a variety of other food from your garden or the grocery store.
