Frances Jeanette Pruett Buchanan, age 88, of Dickson, TN, passed away on May 6, 2025.
Jeanette was born in Dickson County on May 26, 1936, to the late Loyd & Christine Kimbro Pruett.
She worked at a Dialysis Clinic for over 20 years. She was a loving and caring mother, hard worker and great friend to so many. Over the years she gained the titles of “Nettie” from those she worked with and “Nana” from everyone else. She loved the Lord and is now enjoying the greatest peace she’s ever known. She will certainly be missed by her family and those who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Randy Buchanan, and her grandson, Caleb Buchanan.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Hamilton and her companion, Buddy Gabell, her son, Keith Buchanan and his wife Candi, her grandchildren, Lee Tidwell and his wife Marcy, Kimberly Tidwell, Lacy Erranton and her husband Mike, her great-grandson, Brycen Tidwell, and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 3pm from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Pastor Wes Sesler will officiate. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 4pm until 8pm and on Friday from 1pm until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery. https://taylorsince1909.com
