Henry Haley Hudson Jr Obit

Henry Haley Hudson, Junior, known by friends and family as Hank and Papa, of Pegram, Tennessee, passed away on March 29, 2025. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee on October 12, 1963.

Hank spent most of his childhood and adolescence living in Kingston Springs, Tennessee. He attended David Lipscomb Elementary, Middle, and High School, where he graduated with his class in 1982. He married his wife, Pam, the love of his life, in 1983. He attended David Lipscomb University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 1988. Hank’s love for construction started at a young age. He started his own independent grading and excavating work in 2008. His company later evolved into his business known today as H3 Excavating. He poured his heart and expertise into his craft. His work was truly his pride and joy, and he loved to share his skills and knowledge with his grandchildren. His passion for helping others and his love for God shined through his work every day. Hank’s kindness and humility was woven into every piece of his life. He left a lasting impression on anyone he met with his sense of humor and warm smile. We are all so grateful to have had him as a shining example of Christ’s love in our lives.

He is preceded in death by both parents, Henry Haley Hudson, Senior, and Alma Ruth Hudson (Carter), sister, Gail Blackburn (Hudson), nephew, Barry Christopher Blackburn, and great nephew, Christopher Blackburn.

Hank’s life will be honored by the family that he leaves behind, his wife, Pamela Chester Hudson, and children, Samantha Gail Bowers (Hudson), (Adam Johnston Bowers) and Savannah Taylor Kosinski (Hudson), (Anthony Joseph Kosinski).

Grandchildren: Corbin Taylor Williams, Sawyer Rose Bowers, Beau Johnston Bowers, Ezra Jude Bowers, Noa Mae Kosinski, Violet James Bowers, Magnolia Jean Bowers, and Aubrey Hudson Kosinski.

There will be a visitation at Pegram Church of Christ on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 10:00 am, with the Celebration of Life beginning at 12:00 noon.
