Ruby Ellen Rhodes, 95 years of age, of Dickson, TN, passed away September 21, 2024, at NHC of Dickson.
Ruby was born September 13, 1929, in Deming, New Mexico, to the late Sam Albert and Daisy Mae (Myers) Barrow.
She loved to read. Her favorite author was Zane Gray. She was a member of Acorn Hill Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Albert Rhodes; and children, Patricia Darlene Brown, Donald Hugh Rhodes, and Albert Ivan Rhodes. Those left to cherish her memory are son-in-law, Daniel Brown; two brothers, Sam (Jean) Barrow and LeRoy (Corrine) Barrow; sister, Anna Louise Gossett; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
