Charlotte’s Annual Trick or Treating event, “Scare on the Square”, is taking place this Saturday, October 28 from 2pm – 4pm.
There will be many vendors, including food vendors, face painting, balloon animals, and, of course, candy.
This is a rain or shine event and will take place on the historic Charlotte square.
