The Dickson County Fair has become a fun event for families and a means to educate the public about agriculture and how food is brought to market.
This year, the fair offers carnival rides, livestock shows, pageants, food, a demolition derby, a jump and run, a truck pull, and lots of vendors.
The Fair will begin August 29 and will run until September 2. Here are the arena events that are lined up:
- Thursday, August 29 – Monster Truck Show
- Friday, August 30 – Jump-n-Run Races
- Saturday, August 31 – Demolition Derby
- Sunday, September 1 – Jump-n-Run Races
- Monday, September 2 – Truck Pull
The fairgrounds are located at 1053 Highway 47 East in Dickson, Tennessee.
