Several Middle Tennessee chiropractors faced disciplinary action for continuing education failures:
Nashville Area:
- Dr. Andrew Burd of Nashville was assessed a $600 civil penalty for failing to complete continuing education requirements
- Dr. Daniel Schrock of Vanleer received a $600 penalty for the same violation
Williamson County:
- Dr. Guinevere Bennett of Nolensville was penalized $600 for continuing education deficiencies
- Dr. Joseph Gebhardt of Franklin voluntarily surrendered his license, with the action having the same effect as a revocation, following violations of professional conduct standards
Middle Tennessee Support Staff:
- Victoria Woytach of Hendersonville (Chiropractic Therapy Assistant) was assessed a $300 civil penalty for continuing education failures
