Alphonso “Big Al” Vaughn, age 62 of Dickson, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023.
He was the son of the late Tommy Theodore and Sally Cocie Bigby Vaughn, and was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Lindsey, grandson, Kellen Burrow Vaughn.
Big Al worked in Construction.
Survivors include his son, Alphonso Vaughn, Jr. of Dickson, TN; daughter, Samantha Vaughn of Apache Junction, AZ; brothers, John Vaughn of Dickson, TN, Howard Henry Vaughn of Dickson, TN, Joe Allen Vaughn of Charlotte, TN; sisters, Addie Louise Waggoner of Dickson, TN, Mary Elizabeth Vaughn of Dickson, TN; 3 grandchildren, Jacob, Jordon, Sierra McClellan.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 12 PM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Bell Eulogist. Place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
