Mr. Charles Clyde Edwards passed from this life on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson Tennessee.
He was born on October 7, 1943 to the late Clyde and Hilmer Temple Edwards in Laurel, Mississippi. Charles was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also enjoyed working in his yard and watching Westerns. He retired from Lexalite, where he worked many years as a machinist.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: James Edwards and Andy Edwards; and his sister: Ava Nell Holifield.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years: Patty Edwards; his sons: Corey Edwards, of Dickson, and Carlton Edwards of Louin, MS; and one sister: Joann Gregory, of Bay Springs, MS.
A visitation with the family of Charles Clyde Edwards, age 78, of Dickson, will take place on Sunday, June 12, 2022, from 12 noon until 3:00 p.m. at the Taylor Funeral Home of Dickson. http://taylorsince1909.com
