Cherry Ann Baker Coffelt, age 78, of Burns, TN passed away peacefully on November 30, 2024, at NHC The Trace in Bellevue.

Cherry was born February 22, 1946 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and grew up in White Deer, TX.

She owned and operated Cherry Tree Services (elderly care company) in Lawton, Ok for many years. She had a love for crafts and cooking and would often cook lunches for her son and work friends. Cherry brought many smiles through the years with her cooking. She also added laughter into the lives she touched with her unique way of conversation and personality. She was a joy to meet and her smile was contagious.

She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Body Sensing (Steve) of Burns, TN and Mendi Body Lassiter (Rodney) of Buchanan, TN, son Murray Body III (Tammy) of Columbia, TN, and brother, John Paul Guinn of Austin, TX; her grandchildren, Baker Sensing, Hadyn Body, Spencer Street (Luke), Billee Lassiter, Bodey Lassiter, Tug Body, Myah Body, Miller Body, Blane Harrison and Ashley Harrison; and great-grandchildren Harper and Avery.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mona Jean Guinn (White Deer, TX), and two brothers, David Guinn (Austin, TX) and Rev. Stanley Baker (Cache, OK).

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 pm Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson, TN. https://taylorsince1909.com
