Connie Louise Lee Forsythe of Cumberland Furnace, TN passed away from this life on November 9, 2022, in Dickson TN.
She was born on June 12, 1954, in Plainfield, Illinois. Connie married Staley Forsythe in December of 1976.
Connie was very loved and many children over the years referred to her as mom and Memaw. She was very involved in the Cumberland Furnace Community Center for many decades. Serving as the president and vice president for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Staley, her daughter; Candi Vance, and her parents; Violetta (Wall) Lee and John Lee.
She is survived by sisters; Bonnie (T) Titre of Arizona, Loretta Scroggins (Robert) of Lyles, TN, son; John (Trista) Forsythe of Bon Aqua, TN, 7 grandchildren; Dixie, Nathan, Destiny, Thunder, Angel, Chance, Jaxyn, great-grandson; Aiden, several nieces and nephews, and family friend Stacey.
A celebration of life will be held on December 2, 2022 at 2 pm at the Cumberland Furnace Community Center.
