Mr. Danny Lee Evans passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 21, 2022 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, Danny was the son of the late Delbert and Nobie Irene Browning Evans.
He was married to Barbara McClurkan Evans and worked as a union electrician for the Electrician’s Local. He was a member and deacon of Faith Baptist Church.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Groves.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Evans, of Vanleer; one son, Shane Evans (Abrah) of Vanleer; two brothers, Ricky Evans and Ronnie Evans, both of Vanleer; and by two grandchildren, Paige and Emma.
Funeral service for Danny Lee Evans, age 71 of Vanleer, will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2022, from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Miner officiating. Interment will follow in the Browning Cemetery in Vanleer. Visitation with the family will also be Saturday from noon until service time. http://taylorsince1909.com
