Deborah Jane Akers Turner, age 66 of White Bluff, TN passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025.
Born in Nashville, TN she was the daughter of Mary Helen Isvell Akers and the late Lonnie Green Akers, Jr. Deborah was full of life and enjoyed helping others. She was very generous and was always there to help others and had a smile that warmed many hearts. She loved her family unconditionally and was always just a phone call away.
Deborah fought this monster called cancer for many years and was so strong through her illness. She was “one of a kind” and her family will miss her, but she will live on in their hearts forever and they know she is free of pain and is at peace. She was a member of the Calvery Baptist Church in Nashville, TN.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Randy Turner of White Bluff, TN; mother, Mary Helen Akers of White Bluff, TN; sister, Loretta Ayer of Burns, TN; nephew that she loved like her own son, Jason Ayer (Kristen); his children who she loved like her own grandchildren, Kiran Ayer (Lexi), Ireland Ayer Gilliam (Jake), Cage Ayer (Sierra), Karis Ayer Sweeney (Sebastian), Crew Ayer, Saylor Ayer; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ella Rainbolt (Mark), Jeff Turner (Lorrie), May Hawkins, Carlton Turner (Lisa), Sherry Nash (Jeff), Doug Turner (Jeanna).
Graveside services will be on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 1 PM at Dickson County Memorial Gardens with Mark Rainbolt officiating. https://taylorsince1909.com
