Geraldine Rouse “Gerrie” Throckmorton, age 65 of White Bluff, died unexpectedly on January 13, 2022 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.

Born in Longview, Texas, Gerrie was the daughter of the late Jerry Homer and Sarah Catherine Litton Dennis.
A homemaker, Gerrie was very devout in her faith in God and in His promises. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening and nurturing the plants she planted. Her family described her as “an Angel on Earth.” Without reservation, she cared for the people and pets entrusted to her keeping, especially her cats! She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Throckmorton, White Bluff; her children, Dustin Rouse (Brittany), Shauna Rouse, Misty Lindsay (Brenda), Melonie Rouse (Joel Catlett), Larry Throckmorton, Robert Throckmorton, Jacob Cowen, Philip Cowen, and Sarah Cowen; grandchildren, Katherine (R. J.), Courtnie, Elizabeth, Lane, Tristan (Emily), Bailey, Raimond, Akaiha, Raiden, and Ryker; great-grandchildren, Lilly, Leo, Lani, Jaycelee, and Hopelynn.
