Grant Todd Osborn, Jr., age 39 of Charlotte, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, March 15 at Horizon Medical Center.
He was born November 8, 1983, in Nashville, Tennessee to Grant Sr. and Gay Baggett Osborn.
Grant was a diehard fan of the UT VOLS and Atlanta Braves. He was an avid chess player and online gamer.
