Helen “Maxine” Bear Graham, age 98 of Burns, TN, passed peacefully on August 1, 2024, in her home.
She was born on March 27, 1926, in Dickson County to the late Guy and Elise Brown Bear.
Mrs. Graham was a longtime member of the Pomona Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Elbert William “Bill” Graham; two daughters: Jeannetta Guess and Regina Bradley; her siblings: Guy Willard Bear, James “Cubby” Bear, Nicky Bear, and Ruth Lanier; and her grandson: Brandon Hall.
Survivors include her daughters: Sheila Freeman (Mike) and Lisa Grimes (Gary) both of Mount Juliet; her sisters: Gayle Beasley (Harry) and JoAnne Love both of Burns; a son-in-law: Vic Bradley; as well as 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
A funeral service will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Dickson Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 12 noon until the time of service. https://taylorsince1909.com
