Jason David Perez, age 40 of Burns, passed away on February 12, 2025.
He was born on September 26, 1984, in Nashville, TN, to Raymond Perez and the late Rita King Perez.
Jason proudly served his country in both the United States Marine Corps and the Army National Guard.
Jason was a very good listener. He genuinely cared and wanted the best for anyone hurting. He was an incredible motivator. He was passionate about using the skill set God had given him in the gym to be an outlet to show people the love of Jesus. He impacted countless lives, and his absence will be felt for years to come.
Survivors include his loving wife: Jennifer Perez of Burns; his father: Raymond Perez (Christy) of Dickson; his children: Davyen Perez, Briella Perez, Christopher Westcott, Jr., Jacob Westcott, Jordan Westcott, Cara Westcott, and Sophia Carver; his brother: Raymond Perez, Jr.; and his sister: Christina Perez.
A Celebration of Life service will take place on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 12 noon at the Compassion Church (3525 Hwy 70 W, Dickson, TN 37055). Visitation with the family will take place from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service, also at the church.
