Jeffrey Lee Bowker (Boo), age 61, of Charlotte, TN; passed away on October 29, 2025. He enjoyed life in his own honest and simple way. He loved watching NASCAR, dirt racing, and really any kind of racing. He also enjoyed rodeos, horses, country music, and an RC Cola in hand.
Boo was a down-to-earth person who never met a stranger. He had a way of making people feel welcome, and it seemed like wherever he went, someone knew him. What you saw with Boo was what you got — straightforward, friendly, and always himself.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
