Jessie Ray Danley, born July 19th, 1954, passed away at his home in Charlotte, Tennessee on June 30th, 2025, at the age of 70.
Jessie was a true outdoorsman. After spending his 30-year career as a wildlife technician at Cheatham Wildlife Management Area, he spent his retirement years tending his cattle, hogs and hay. Throughout this time, he enjoyed nothing more than a great hunt or landing a big catch. He always made time to grow the largest potatoes in his garden. He enjoyed good food and sharing it with others. Many friends have shared good times over his pit BBQ and the annual sausage making was his pride.
