Joe Laurnce “Doodle” Anderson, age 74, of Charlotte, TN died on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Horizon Medical Center surrounded by his family.
Doodle was born at home on May 9, 1947, to the late James & Ruby Sensing Anderson.
He retired from AO Smith after 40 + years as an Electrician Supervisor. He was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church, Masonic Iron Lodge #503, the Shriners, and the Lions Club. Doodle loved camping, fishing, and the occasional game of golf. He also enjoyed pulling mini tractors and watching RFD TV. He got his most enjoyment from spending time with his family.
Visitation: will be Tuesday, January 18, 2:00 – 8:00 pm, and Wednesday, January 19, 10:00 – 1:00 pm. Masonic service will be held Tuesday at 7:00 pm. Funeral Service for Doodle Anderson will be conducted at 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 19 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Brother Donnie Mitchell officiating. Interment: at Jackson Chapel Cemetery
