Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Dr. Neil Spence officiating. Burial will follow in the Few Cemetery. Visitation will also be on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.

John L. Moore, age 87 of Burns, TN, passed from this life on December 21, 2021 at NHC of Dickson.
He was born on September 24, 1934 in Dickson County to the late Hubert and Ima Rushton Moore.
He was a member of the Redeemer Presbyterian Church of Dickson. Mr. Moore had worked for many years in Sales for the American Broadcasting Company.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife of over 40 years, Wanda L. Moore, who passed in 2019.
Survivors include his son: Phillip H Moore of Burns; his step-daughters: Pam Lee of Nashville, and Diana Hazard of Indiana; his brothers: George Moore (Jackie) of Michigan and Holmes Moore (Linda) of Missouri; his granddaughter: Abigail Garrett (Mike) of Glenellyn, IL; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
