Funeral services for Judy Bartley Howard, age 66 of Dickson, formerly of Owensboro, Kentucky will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 11, 2023 from Glenn Funeral Home, 900 Old Hartford Rd., Owensboro. Interment will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Glenn Funeral Home on Friday from 3-7 p.m.
Judy was the daughter of the late Donald and Norine Bowen Bartley.
She was a homemaker and formerly was an apartment manager.
Survivors include her husband, Michael L. “Mike” Howard, Dickson; her son, Gavin (and Monse) Howard, Dickson; her daughter, Mellony (and Steven) Anderson, West Point, TN; her sister, LaDonna Stokes, Owensboro, KY; grandchildren, Emma Anderson, Evan Anderson, Sawyer Howard, and one-on-the-way!
