Marcus Lloyd Williams, born in Wellsburg, West Virginia on April 28, 1939, and resident of White Bluff, Tennessee, left us on the 19th of August, 2024.
He found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as reading a good book or watching his favorite cowboy shows.
