Maudie Mai Daugherty, age 79 of White Bluff, Tennessee passed away peacefully on Monday, September 26, 2022.
Born June 12, 1943 in Nashville, TN she was the daughter of the late Jesse Willard and Ola Mai Bogle Knight and was preceded in death by her husband Conny Ray Daugherty.
Maudie loved Jesus, family, her daughters, her grandchildren and her dogs. Nothing made her happier than to be surrounded by family and children. Everyone she ever met called her Nannie. She had the heart to love everyone that crossed her path unconditionally. Maudie was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Donna Wauford (Steve Patel) of Dickson, TN, Connie Pattison (Wes) of White Bluff, TN, Sonya Vandivort (Keith) of Dickson, TN, Billie Jo Cottone of Clarksville, TN; brothers, Jesse Knight of Georgia, Bill Knight of North Carolina; sisters, Carolyn Henry of Bon Aqua, TN, Debbie Honea Huntsville, TN; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Franklin officiating. Place of rest will be in the Liberty Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, September 29th from 11 AM until time of service. http://taylorsince1909.com
