Nancy Carroll Taylor was born October 10, 1939 in Columbia, TN to parents, Howard and Ethel Baker Taylor. She passed from this life on August 16, 2024.
Nancy was a resident of Dickson, TN for most of her life. She attended First Baptist Church, where she also spent many hours volunteering in service to her church and community. She worked for a number of years at local insurance agency, Morrison and Fuson. Nancy’s warm heart and tender smile welcomed all those that she had relationship with, no matter how brief.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Ethel Baker Taylor; her brothers, Allen and Lee Taylor; her sisters Hazel Jane (still-born) and Vivian Taylor Baker; nephews, Michael Steward and Steven Taylor; niece, Shirleene O’Loughlin; great-niece, Emily Steward; and great-nephew, David Ohlman, II.
She is survived in death by her sister, Nora Taylor Frommer; nephew, David Ohlman; nephew, Jerry Taylor; niece-in-law, Lisa Donegan; and great-nephew, Barrett Steward (Sarah).
Services for Ms. Taylor will be at Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Visitation will begin Tuesday, August 20, 2024 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and will resume on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 A.M. Bro. Nancy came into this world sleeping, and she now rests peacefully in the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
