Norma Ruth Few Wall, age 87 of Dickson, TN passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024.
She was the daughter of the late James Hardy and Elizabeth Bell Tummins Few and was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Horace Wall; her son, James Richard Wall; and her brother, Jerry Few.
Norma was born and raised in Dickson, TN where she attended Dickson County Schools. Having been born with a desire to help others she pursued a career in nursing and received her degree as a registered nurse from St. Thomas School of Nursing. Her nursing career included working at Dickson General Hospital where she worked as a clinic office nurse for Dr. Walter Bell. Norma also worked as Director of Nursing at Green Valley Health Care for 26 years; where her employees and residents became her second family. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. Norma was a member of Pond Church of Christ.
Survivors include her son, David L. Wall of Dickson, TN; daughter-in-law, Loretta Wall of Dickson, TN; 4 grandchildren, Kate Ramey, Jamie Patrick, Hayden Wall, Shaina Wall; 2 great-grandchildren, Savannah Patrick, Brooklyn Ramey; several nieces and nephews; devoted friends, Terri and Randall Banks of Dickson, TN.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 10 AM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Uldrich and Bro. Mike Tucker officiating. Place of rest will be in the Dickson Union Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 4 to 8 PM and on Wednesday from 9 AM until time of service. https://taylorsince1909.com
