Mrs. Opal Faye Dotson, age 82, of Dickson, TN died on Friday, October 15, 2021, at NHC in Dickson. Faye was a member of the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church.
Visitation: will be 10 – 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Service for Faye Dotson will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 19, 2021, from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home. Interment: Mt. Lebanon Cemetery
