Patricia Rose Tidwell Welch, age 78 of Bon Aqua, passed from this life on February 21, 2026, in her home. Mrs. Welch was born on September 10, 1947, to the late Henchie and Elizabeth Collins Tidwell in Dickson, TN.
She worked for many years in Customer Service for Walmart. She was also a longtime member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Bon Aqua.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years: Elvis J. Welch; her children: Chris Welch of Nashville, Cyndi Runions (Steve) of Bon Aqua, and Chad Welch (Jennifer) of Cookeville; her grandchildren: Jake Runions (Kierra) of Bon Aqua, Emie Welch and Miles Welch, both of Cookeville; and her great grandchildren: Preston, Nova, Annabeth, and Maverick.
A Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. James Parham officiating. Place of rest will be in the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Bon Aqua. Visitation with the family will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 12 noon until the time of service. https://taylorsince1909.com
