Paul Nicholas Rodriguez, Jr., age 68 of Dickson, TN passed away on February 27, 2024 at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Paul was born June 17, 1955 in New York. He was a son of the late Paul and Diane Reynolds Rodriguez.
He spent most of his life near Highland Falls, NY. Paul had a kind soul and would do anything to help those in need. He was a diehard Redskins and Islanders fan, you didn’t dare interrupt him while watching a game. He enjoyed bowling, as well as being outdoors, fishing, playing golf, and crabbing on the Hudson River.
He liked being able to explore and experience new places with his family. Disney’s Epcot Center was one of his favorite places to visit. Paul’s most treasured moments were afternoons sitting on the front porch with his loving wife, Mary.
Paul loved his family and his best buddy, Franklin. He enjoyed being a grandfather and having the opportunity to fulfill that role with his grandchildren. He was so proud to teach his grandson, Gibson how to fish, ride a bike, and drive a 4wheeler. He was the best Poppy ever!
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Karen and Denise.
Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Stalter Dragon; his stepchildren, Peggy Sue Holiday, Willie Robinson (Amanda), and Samantha Dragon; six grandchildren, Gibson, Ayla, Hailey (Elijah), Carter, Kylan, Adaline; great-grandchild, Kynla; nieces, Brittney, and Courtney; and cousin, Donna Reynolds.
