Robert Kyle “Bubba” Dean, 74 years of age, of Dickson, TN, passed away October 13, 2025, at NHC of Dickson.
Bubba was born May 16, 1951, in Covington, Kentucky, to the late Robert K. and Virginia (Davis) Dean.
He was a loving father and grand father. A Legendary Drummer. Keeper of the Edgewood Gardens. King of the Creek Gypsies. Owner of the Elves. Master of Mojo. A Concrete Pirate. AH-CMON
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Robbie Carney, David (Delores Brown) Dean, Bethany (Christopher) Holland, Aaron (Kaylynn McTaggort) Dean, and Jessica (David) Luther; grandchildren, Kindrah Carney, Savannah Kos, Lindsey Terry, Makayla Dean, Noah Bishop, Elijah Raymer, Lillian Dean, Bentley Ponder, Marlee Dean, Robbie Carney, Allayna McTaggart, Myles Dean, Carter Holland, Brody Holland, Evelynn Dean, and Eleanor Dean; sister, Robin (Robert) Golden; and a brother-in-law, Bob Dryer. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Judith Dryer.
Visitation and funeral services will be held at Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Visitation services will be Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.; and will resume on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. A Memorial service will take place in the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center at 2:00 P.M.
