Sharon Kay Russell, age 69 of Charlotte, TN passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023 at her home with her family by her side.
Mrs. Russell was born on June 26, 1954, in Hollybush, KY to the late Mary Etta and Willard Smith.
She was the wife of the late William Harold Russell. Mrs. Russell was a Certified Nursing Assistant for over thirty years. She enjoyed caring for others in their later years of life. She worked at the Waters of Cheatham, throughout several name changes, for twenty two years. Spending time with her children and grandchildren was her favorite pastime.
She is survived by her son, William Russell (Stephanie); daughters, Alesha Russell, Shawntele Russell, Brittany Dial (Darrell), & Amanda Russell (Tyler); brothers, Dean Smith (Kim), & Danny Smith (Stacey); sisters, Barbara Wheatley, & Marianna Smith; grandchildren, Gabe, Seth, Erica, Cortney, Kyle, Justin, Nikole, Abigail, William, Neveah, Colton, Miley, Barrett, & Paisley. Two great-grandchildren Ranee & Karson.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at the Taylor Funeral Home with Brother Jerry Jenkins officiating. The visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service. https://taylorsince1909.com
