Visitation: will be from 3-8 Friday, January 7, 2022, and from 10-1 Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Service: for Mrs. Ragan will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 8, 2022, from the Chapel of the Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Edgar Beard officiating. Interment: Ebenezer Cemetery in New Johnsonville, TN.
