Thomas Dewayne Donegan, age 57, of Bon Aqua, TN, passed away on October 4, 2025. Thomas was born on July 16, 1968, in Dickson, TN, to the late Harse William Donegan and Daisy Mae Perry Donegan.
He worked as a contractor for many years and also for Best Home Solutions. He was a phenomenal builder and could construct almost anything. He loved hot rods and spent a lot of time building them. He enjoyed going to the river and spending time at the beach. Music was therapy for him, and he was the type of man who never met a stranger.
He adored his puppy, Daisy, and was very close with his nieces and nephews: Kayla Donegan, Shelbee Donegan, Allen Donegan, and Hunter Donegan. He loved his children immensely and loved his soul mate, Dawn Starr, and her children. He will certainly be missed by all his friends and family.
He is survived by his sons, Perry Donegan, Preston Donegan, his daughters, Amber Hera, Brooklyn Donegan, his brothers, Jeff Donegan, Richard Donegan, his grandchildren, James Hera, Emilio Hera, Leila Hera, Violet Donegan, and Saidy Hera.
