Thomas Leslie Hayes, age 79 of Dickson, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, April 27 at Horizon Medical Center.
He was born March 22, 1943, in Dickson County to the late Leslie Nathaniel and Fannie Crowell Hayes. Mr. Hayes was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held 10:00 – 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Service for Mr. Thomas Leslie Hayes will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, April 30, 2022 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Brother Eddie Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
