Vivian Ann Sykes Spann, age 77, of Burns, Tennessee passed away peacefully on September 14, 2022 at her home.
She was born in Slayden, Tennessee and was the daughter of the late Clarence M. and Mary Susan Bradford Sykes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Robert Spann in 2013.
Vivian was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved all of her family and cherished spending time with them. She loved to travel with her late husband Joe Robert Spann. Her favorite beach was Daytona Beach where she found peace and relaxation. Vivian enjoyed her cruises and all the experiences she received. She loved flowers and at one time loved the art of arranging flowers. Vivian was loved by her family and friends and she loved all of them.
Vivian is survived by her two sons; Gary Lynn Spann and his wife Stacy and Troy Lane Spann and his wife, Davette, her three grandchildren; Fancy Lyn Kelley, Nicholas Graham Spann and Madison Page Spann, her six great-grandchildren; Emma Grace Kelley, Nathaniel (Nate) Braxton Kelley, Stormy Catherine Hasley, Jayla Grace Spann, Paisley Dawn Spann and Bailey Nicole Spann, her sister; Minnie Lyons, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Pastor Gary Riley will officiate. Place of rest will be in the Jackson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, September 16th from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of service. http://taylorsince1909.com
