William “Billy” England, born on February 12, 1977, and departed this world on September 16, 2024, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy love that will resonate in the hearts of his family and friends.

William was a devoted father, an unwavering pillar of support for his children, who were his pride and joy. He exemplified what it meant to be a great dad his love for them knew no bounds, and he dedicated himself wholly to their happiness and well-being. He had an extraordinary ability to create joyful moments, always finding ways to make his children smile and laugh, instilling in them the same deep-rooted values he cherished throughout his life.

As a lifelong member of the Taylor Town Church of Christ, his faith was a guiding light. He embraced his community with open arms, embodying the spirit of fellowship and love that the church fosters. His unwavering commitment to his beliefs inspired those around him, and he was revered for his generous heart and willingness to help others.

William graduated from Dickson County High School in the class of ’95, where his creativity began to flourish. He was known among his peers for his unique flair in expressing himself. Whether it was through his involvement in cosplay, where he brought beloved characters to life, or his passion for the vibrant universes of Star Wars and Star Trek, he had an imaginative spirit that captivated everyone around him.

William also found joy in watching his beloved Dallas Cowboys and the Tennessee Volunteers football teams. Whether cheering from the stands or gathered around the television with friends and family, he brought excitement and enthusiasm to every game, creating cherished memories that his loved ones will hold dear.

William “Billy” England will be deeply missed, but his spirit lives on in the love he shared, the smiles he brought, and the joyous memories he created with his family and friends. As we gather to celebrate his life, we carry forward his legacy of love, creativity, and unwavering devotion to those he held dear.

Visitation will be on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 11:00 AM – until time of services at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 2:30 PM on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Mark Ryals officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made towards the funeral expenses using the crowd funding section at the bottom of the obituary page.
