Mr. Carlton “Gene” Cobb of Dickson, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022, he was 79 years old.
He loved the outdoors. He would spend all day deer hunting and enjoying being outside. He raised and rode horses for most of his life. His last years of life were spent taking care of his grandson Ryan Cox. They spent every day talking about the good ole days, hunting and fishing.
Preceded in death by his wife Linda Cobb (Swaw); mother Ethel Cobb(Gafford); father James Cobb; siblings Reeda Barnes, Kitty Jenson, Faye Heggie, Thelma Crawford, Vivian Stallions, Jerry Cobb, Bud Cobb, Bobby Cobb, and Danny Cobb; grandchildren Tyler Spicer, Nicholas Rushing, and Desiree McCulley.
Survived by his children Kimberly McCulley, Amy Butler, Jeremy Cobb and Susan McLeskey; grandchildren Madison Butler, Dylan Spicer, Xander Cobb, Alexandria Reinagel and Ryan Cox; sibling Trish Rye
Mr. Cobb’s wishes were to be cremated with no services and his ashes spread at his favorite hunting spot.
