Mr. Terry Wayne Lastovka passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022 in Dickson, Tennessee, he was 75 years old.
Terry was born on October 26, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois to Gilbert Roy Lastovka and Ann Marie Binder Lastovka.
Terry graduated from Southern Illinois University and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Terry was an avid and accomplished golfer, even fulfilling, one of the finest achievements in golf, by shooting his “age” during a round at Greystone when he was 67 and shot a 67.
Terry instilled his love of the outdoors into the lives of his sons and grandkids, whether it be through annual trips to Canada with his boys or fishing with his grandchildren. His joy was found serving and spending time with his family which will embrace the countless memories made during the weekly “Grandpa Terry Day.”
Terry is survived by his two beloved sons; Michael (Audra) Lastovka, Chad (Maria) Lastovka, four cherished grandchildren; Ava, Annie, Micah, and Lake Lastovka, brother Rick (Betty) Lastovka, and former spouse Barbara Landeen Lastovka.
A private service for family with Military Honors will be held at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
