Charles Gary Rich, age 82, of Charlotte, TN retired captain with the Fairview Police Dept. passed away peacefully with his family by his side at his home during the early hours of January 9, 2025.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon, January 13, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Tommy Marvin will officiate. Visitation will be on Monday beginning at 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
