Cody Forrest LeMaster, of Dickson, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at the age of 62.
Cody was born on November 3, 1962, in Tucson, Arizona, to the late Robert Lee LeMaster and Marjorie Ann Bartram LeMaster. He was the oldest grandchild of the late Forrest Cecil Bartram and Ida Kathryn Drummond Bartram and the late Cody LeMaster and Agnes Marie Curtis LeMaster.
Cody was a 1980 graduate of Altus High School, in Altus, Oklahoma, of which he was proud to be an alumnus, returning to attend several of the reunions. He started his medical career as an LPN and then became a paramedic, and after attending college and attaining his associates degree he became an RN. For more than 32 years he has been a home health care nurse. Cody has spent the majority of his adult life in the medical profession, and it was his passion to heal those in his care.
Cody’s personality was larger than life and he never met a stranger. He loved spending time with family and friends, regularly attending Titans football games, and was always ready to lend a helping hand to those who needed it. He was a faithful member of the House of The Lord Church in Bon Aqua and enjoyed sharing the Word of God on many Sundays.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Janet Davidson LeMaster of Dickson TN, his daughter, Summer Elizabeth LeMaster of Dickson TN, his son, Robert Cody LeMaster of Dickson TN, his sister, Melissa Lyn LeMaster Barker (Christopher) of Tennessee Ridge TN, brothers in law, sisters in law, many nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom he loved very much.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 4 pm from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Pastor Stuart Brooks will officiate. Visitation will begin at 2 pm until the time of service. https://taylorsince1909.com
