David Harlin “Chad” Chadwick, age 76, of White Bluff, passed away on June 17, 2025.
Born in Nashville, TN, Chad proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1968 to 1970. Following his service, he dedicated 38 years to Nashville Electric Service, where he built a reputation for hard work and reliability. After retiring, he continued serving his community through his own business, Chad’s Lawn Care, which he ran with pride and care.
Chad had a deep love for the outdoors — especially golf and fishing. He spent countless hours on the course with his longtime golf buddies, where laughter and friendly competition were always part of the game. He was known for his one-of-a-kind sense of humor, his unwavering loyalty, and the strong friendships he built over the years. His best friends, Bogey and Birdie, were never far from his side.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Davis Chadwick; his parents, Lottie M. Sullivan and George Chadwick; and his son-in-law, John Cullom.
Chad is survived by his daughters, Dayna Cullom and Stacey Little (Patrick); his grandchildren, Blake Harp (Kristie), Zane Cullom (Amanda), Riley Cullom, Boone Cullom, Dallas Little, Madelyn Little, and his best buddy, Rylan. He is also survived by his sister, Nita Moss, and brothers, Dean Chadwick and Shannon Chadwick, Dayna and Stacey’s mother, Angela Chadwick, along with many extended family members and lifelong friends.
Funeral services, with Military Honors, were held on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 4pm from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Bro. Jeremiah Satterfield will officiate. Visitation was on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 6pm until 8pm and on Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 2pm until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Dickson Union Cemetery. https://taylorsince1909.com
