Hester Ann Garton Parker, age 91 Of Dickson, Tennessee passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at NHC in Dickson.
Mrs. Parker was born on January 18, 1931, in Dickson County, TN. She was the daughter of James Ammon Garton and Josie Jane Clifton Garton.
Hester had worked as a supervisor with the Tennessee Motor Vehicle Division and retired from the Dickson County Clerk’s Office. She loved to travel and to go shopping, especially for dishes and glassware. Hester always enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dickson. Hester always had a big smile for you when she saw you and she loved you for who you are.
Visitation will be held 1:00 – 4:00 pm Sunday, June 26 and 9:00 – 11:00 am, Monday, June 27 at Spann Funeral Home Funeral Service for Mrs. Hester Parker will be conducted at 11:00 am Monday, June 27 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Brother Terry Bright officiating.
