A Memorial service for Jeffrey Dale Guire will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Jeffrey Dale Guire, age 45, of Vanleer, TN died September 23, 2021 after a hard-fought battle with Covid.
Jeffrey was born February 1, 1976 in Nashville, TN to Deborah Saeger Tucker and the late Flavius Jefferson Guire. Jeffrey was a graduate of Dickson County High School and had worked as an Equipment Operator. He was a member of the Mountain and Treeing Feist Organization. Jeffrey was known for always helping people with fundraisers and doing a lot of volunteer work. People that knew him, knew what kind of person he was, very giving of himself and his time.
He was preceded in death by his father, Flavius Jefferson Guire, and his grandparents, Doye Saeger and Russell Saeger.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife: Judy Ann Guire of Vanleer, TN; Children, Thomas Jacob Waters (Autumn Finale) of Ashland City, TN, Kaylee Nicole Waters (Christian Felts) of Dickson, TN, Arabella LeeAnn Guire of Vanleer, TN; his mother Deborah Saeger Tucker (Michael) of Dickson, TN; Sister, Lisa Ann Guire (Erin Lynn Guire) of Dickson, TN; Step-brother, Jeremy Tucker of Dickson, TN, Step-sister Chasity Hewitt (Mike) of New Johnsonville, TN; Grandchildren; Jackson Luke Waters of Ashland City, TN, Christian Blake Felts, Jr. of Dickson, TN; Nieces, Hannah Smithson and Teagan Guire both of Dickson, TN; and Nephews, D.J. Tucker, Tucker Davenport, Logan Gardener, and Paxton Guire, all of Dickson, TN.
A Memorial Fund for Jeffrey Guire has been set up at Tristar Bank.
