Jerry Dwayne Smith, age 74 of Charlotte, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, Tennessee.
He was born on August 6, 1947, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Mr. Smith enjoyed fishing, gardening, and watching cartoons with his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 4:00 – 8:00 pm Monday, August 8, 2022, and 10:00 – 12:00 noon Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Mr. Jerry Dwayne Smith will be conducted at 12:00 noon from the Chapel of the Spann Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery
