Kelly Ann Smith Parker, age 60, of Dickson, Tennessee passed away Monday, September 25, 2023.
Born in Memphis, TN she was the daughter of Jesse E. and Linda M. Dillard Smith of Dickson, TN.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Brandy Wynn.
Kelly worked as a CNA at Cumberland Heights Treatment Center. She was a member of the Covenant Church.
Survivors include her children, Johnnie L. Bollen of Clarksville, TN, Savannah Joubert (Ty) of Clarksville, TN, Trey Perry (Khloie) of Clarksville, TN; parents, Jesse & Linda Smith of Dickson, TN; brother, Michael D. Smith of Dickson, TN; 5 grandchildren, Jeffery Wynn, Morgan Wynn, Cooper Wynn, Lakelyn Joubert, Hagan Joubert.
Memorial services will be Friday, September 29, 2023 at 6 PM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Wes Sesler officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Friday, September 29th from 4 PM until time of service. http://taylorsince1909.com
