Mr. Mack Edward “Pawpaw” Pilkinton, age 80 of Charlotte, TN passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN.
He was born November 5, 1942, in Nashville, TN.
Mack was a member of Midway Church of Christ in Charlotte and served as a Deacon for several years. He worked as a pipe fitter for Union Local #572 for 40 years and also as a cattle farmer. Mack was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Dickson County Planning Commission. He was an avid supporter of Dickson County Sports and had coached little league baseball for 20+ years when his children were younger.
Mr. Pilkinton’s wishes are for cremation. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until service time Saturday, January 14th at Spann Funeral Home. Memorial Services for Mr. Mack Pilkinton will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 14, 2023, in the Spann Funeral Home Chapel.
