Phyllis Ann Shawl, age 83, of White Bluff, TN, passed from this life on April 29, 2022, in her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on November 24, 1938 in Ashland, Kentucky. Ms. Shawl was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. She had also worked for the CIA for several years.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert G. Shawl; her parents: William and Verna Stewart McGraw; her brother: Roy Green; her sister: Jennifer Beckette; and her granddaughter: Danielle Evans.
Survivors include her children: Joseph G. Shawl and Cindy Evans (DeWayne), both of White Bluff; her brothers: Amos Green (Bobbie) of Dayton, OH, and Butch McGraw (Debbie) of West Virginia; her sister: Bonnie Taraczkozy of Rome, GA; her grandchildren: DeWayne Evans, Jr., Ashley Evans (Caleb), and Jade Malone (Collin); her great-grandchildren: Caleb Derrick, Bailey Lane, Carson Cart, and Emma Evans; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at the Liberty Baptist Church in White Bluff, TN, with Bro. Larry Cochran officiating. Visitation with the family will take place from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. http://taylorsince1909.com
