Ricky Thomas Anderson, age 63 of Charlotte, Tennessee passed away on Sunday morning, July 31, 2022 at his home.
Born in Nashville, Ricky was the son of Marion Fay Lowe Anderson and the late Jesse Thomas Anderson.
He worked as a contractor in home construction. He was a member of the Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church. Ricky loved his family, and he loved a good joke. He enjoyed piddling around the house and tinkering with his truck. He enjoyed woodworking and building cabinets and other woodcraft. He loved his guitar and making music and he had a special place in his heart for his dogs, Artemis and Zero.
Survivors include his wife, Millie Anderson of Charlotte; his mother, Fay Anderson of Hendersonville; his six children, Joy Warner (John) of Lyles; Melissa Arbogast (James) of Hendersonville; Ricky, Jr. “Bubba” Anderson of Goodlettsville; Christopher Anderson, Jason Anderson, and Amanda Anderson, all of Charlotte; his brother, Andy Anderson of Springfield; grandchildren, Jessica, Aaliyah, Dimitri, Daenerys, Daemion, and Corbin; and a nephew, J. T. Anderson.
Funeral services for Ricky Thomas Anderson, age 63 of Charlotte, will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 4, 2022 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Tim McDonald officiating. Interment will follow in the Rock Springs Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, August 3rd from 4 until 8 p.m. and Thursday morning from 10 a.m. until time of service. http://taylorsince1909.com
