Funeral services are planned for Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Dickson Union Cemetery. Visitation with the family will take place on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
Robert “Randall” Dozier, age 81 of Dickson, passed away on Sunday, October 31 at NHC of Dickson after a short stay.
He was born on October 26, 1940 to the late Paul and Winnell Sanders Dozier in Lafayette, TN.
He was married to his wife, Ann for nearly 65 years.
Randall retired from Dickson Electric, having worked as a lineman there for over 35 years. He loved to hunt, fish, and work on his farm.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons: Randy Dozier and Mike Dozier; his daughter-in-law: Rita Dozier; his brother: Kevin Dozier; and his granddaughter: Christina Dozier.
Survivors include his wife: Ann Dozier; his son: Timothy Dozier of Dickson; his daughter-in-law: Helen Potter; his brother: Bruce Dozier (Karen) of Gallatin; his grandchildren: Tamra Hayes (Eric) of Cumberland Furnace, McKinnley Dozier (Andrew) of Dickson, and Jennifer Dozier of Dickson; his 5 great-grandchildren: Jesse Keith Jones, Tatum Lee Moore, Ella Hayes, Brynnlee Hayes, and Randy Hayes; and his four-legged friends: Smokey and Thomas.
